Development and application technology of low-voltage non-stitched loop power supply device

Abstract:This article proposes asolution tothe problem oflow power supplyreliabilityin the low-voltagedistributionnetwork in Guangzhou,which is seamles loop switching power supply between low-voltage distribution stations.Byanalyzing thearchitectureandoperational status of thelow-voltage distribution network,therisk factorsof loop closure to power supply were identified,and the loop closure process was simulated and analyzed with PSCAD simulation software for risk assssment. We have researched and designed alow-voltage seamlessloop power supply device and supporting tools,aiming to replace traditional power generation vehicles and bypass power supply methods,and solve technical problems in seamless power supply.This scheme efectively eliminates the phenomenon of short-term power outages onthe transmision line,meets the continuous power supply needs of important customers, and provides technical support and reference for seamless power supply of low-voltage distribution networks.

目前,低压配电网架构接线简单,供电可靠性较低,基建与运维过程中需要停电,为缩短停电时间,电网企业正在探索采用移动箱变车、移动电源车及柴油发电车进行转供电,柴油发电车将产生噪音扰民且不环保,能源消耗量也比较大,且在转供电过程中会产生短时停电[1-2]。(剩余5296字)
