Research on the design of foundation pit construction monitoring system based on tunnel-station method

Abstract:Inthis study,asetofmodularconstruction monitoring system isdesigned fortheinfluenceoffoundation pit constructiononthestructureof adjacentsubwayshield tunnel,andit isused in practical engineering.Thesystem consists of four modules:sensor system,data acquisition and transmission system,data processing system and data management system.Itfolows the principlesofreliability,eficiencyandoperability,andrealizesthecombinationof automation and manual monitoring.The monitoring scheme covers five types of projects,such as tunnel segment joint tensor,radial convergence,surface strain and internal support structure strain.The measuring points are arranged at the keypositions of the tunnel according to the specifications.The monitoring frequency isdynamically adjustedaccording totheconstruction stage,andthecontrolvalue is set basedonthehierarchicalearlywarning mechanism. The monitoring data show that the maximum change of tunnel joint tensor is -0.019mm ,the maximum convergence is 0.94mm ,and the maximum stress is -2.69MPa ,which are significantly lower than the early warning threshold,and noalarmis triggered,whichverifies thattheexisting tunnelstructure is inasafeandcontrollble state.

由于基坑施工会使地铁既有隧道结构产生水平变形、沉降等不利影响,超限将致结构开裂漏水,且作为城市“生命线"的盾构隧道受损会引发严重社会问题,故对坑外隧道监测意义重大,可保结构安全、控风险、验设计、优工艺13]。(剩余5737字)
