Upgrading design and optimization of intelligent medium adding system in coal preparation plant

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsoflowmatchingaccuracy,high frequencyofmanual intervention,seriousdielectric loss and insuffcient automation level of traditional mediumadding system,a coal preparation plant implements intellgent upgrading and transformation,integrates 3D laser radar high-precision positioning and watercannon, and constructs an inteligent medium adding system integrating perception,decision-making and execution.Bycollectingthe three-dimensional morphological data of the medium pile inreal time,the grasping path is dynamically optimized,and the dense medium bucket isaccuratelysupplied,which effctively improves theutilizationrateof the mediumand reduces thefrequencyof manual inspection.Practice hasprovedthatthe systemeliminates the traditional experience operation mode,achieves the whole process unmanned operation,significantly reduces the risk of on-site dust exposure and mechanical damage,provides intellgent support with low energy consumption for the stable operation of heavy medium separation system,and promotes the transformation of coal preparation plant to the direction of precision.
