Experimental and mechanism analysis study on bonding performance of carbon fiber plate-concrete interface

Abstract:In this paper,the bonding performance and failure mechanism of the interface between carbon fiber board and concrete were studied by designing bending test.The specimens with diferent bonding lengths were designed,and the strain,interface bonding stress distributionand failure mode ofcarbon fiberboard were analyzed. Theresults show thatthe average bonding strength of the interface between thecarbon fiber board and the concrete is affectedbytheconcrete strengthandthebonding length,andthere isaneffctivebonding length.Theanalysis of interface bonding stress transfer mechanism shows thatthe interface failure is closelyrelated tothe strength of concreteand the properties of bonding materials.The research provides a theoretical basis and experimental data for the design of carbon fiber reinforced concrete structure.
