Research on key technology and stability control of shield construction in complex stratum of subway

Abstract:This study focuses on the shield tunneling construction of the section between Xinzhuang Station and Municipal Government Station on Nanjing Metro Line3,where the geological conditions arecomplex and varied. The studythoroughly analyzed the key technicalaspects of shield tunneling construction,includingthe selectionof shield tunneling machines,precisecontrol during the propulsion process,andreal-time monitoringand correspondingadjustment strategies for geological changes.Atthe same time,combined with efectivecontrolof ground subsidence,implementation of anti-seepage and waterprof measures,and applicationof tunnel support and reinforcement technology,acomplete shield tunneling construction technology system suitableforthecomplex geological conditions of Nanjing Metro has been constructed.Bycomprehensively evaluating the construction efect,useful technical references and practical experience are provided forthe construction of subway projects under similar complex geological conditions,to ensure the construction safety,eficiency,and structural stability of subway projects.
