焦炉炉温和升降速率控制对焦炭质量的影响研究

Study on the influence of coke oven temperature and rising and falling rate control on coke quality

Abstract:The coking conditions were optimized by coking test.The effcts of coking conditions such as heating rate,final heating temperature,coling rate,gas pressure and furnace holding time on coke quality were analyzed with cokereactivity(CRI)and post-reaction strength(CRS)as indexes.The test results show that the optimum conditions for burning coke are as follows: heating rate of 16∘C/h ,final heating temperature of 1 050∘C ,cooling rate of 12∘ C/h,gas pressure of 0.3MPa ,and holding time of 3 hours. Under the optimum conditions,the coke reactivity index(CRI) is 26.1% ,the coke strength after reaction(CRS) is 65.2% ,and the coke has good quality stability.This study provides theoretical support for improving coke quality.
