Analysis of unstable vibration factors of gas turbine bearing bush and application of balance technology

Abstract:Inorder toanalyze the mechanismofunstable vibrationof gas turbinebearing bush,the vibration monitoring system is used toanalyze the unstable vibration of gas turbine bearing bush,and thecorresponding solutions aregiven.Firstly,the vibration characteristics of9E gas turbine shaft systemare analyzed by Bentley 35OO vibration monitoring system.Then,based on the original monitoring system,the tile vibration data is added,and a scheme forcolecting historicaldatais found.Finally,the vibrationdataarecollectedandanalyzedto track the vibrationchanges of thegas turbine rotor,and the trend of the vibration of the9E gas turbine isanalyzed inan all-round way to find the specific causes and solutions of itsunstable vibration.After many on-site and factorydynamic balance tests,the artificial cooling method is usedto reduce the vibration amplitudeand climbing height,so as to improve thestabilityandsafetyof the unit,avoid majorsafetyaccidents,and ensure the normal and stable operation of the unit.
