Preparation of highly efficient catalyst and its application in the synthesis of fine chemicals

Abstract:Inorder tomeet theurgentneedforhigh-effciencycatalysts inthesynthesisoffinechemicals,ahigh-efficiencycatalystsuitable for photocatalytic hydrogenproduction was prepared bycombining transition metal sulfides withPrussian blue composite carriers using chromium acetate,trisodium citrate dihydrate,potassium ferricyanide and other materials.Then,the physicochemical properties and photocatalytic properties of thecatalyst were studied. The results show that thebandgapof thiscatalyst is 2.55eV,and it exhibits excellnt photocatalytic activity in photocatalytic hydrogen production test,andthe hydrogen production rate is 64.2 mmol/g in4 hours.After5cycles of testing,the stabilityofthecatalyst wasstillgood,andthehydrogen productionrate exceeded 6O mmol/gat4hours afterthe fifth test.Insummary,this highly eficientcatalyst has excellent photocatalytic hydrogen productionperformanceandstability,which isofcertainsignificanceforthedevelopmentofthefieldoffinechemical synthesis.
