Explore the construction technology of municipal pipe network connection and high-frequency single-sided welding double-sided forming technology

Abstract：Inorder to improve thewelding performance and construction efectof X65 pipeline steel in the connection part of municipal pipe network，the high-frequency pulse single-sided welding double-sided forming process and automatic RMD process were used tocarryout diffrential ring welding of X65 steel pipe.Among them，the mechanical properties of the joints were tested by universal testing machine，Blovi hardness tester and pendulum impact testing machine，and the corrosion behaviorin high salt，soil and sewage environment was simulated by electrochemical potentiodynamic scanning.The results show thatthe hardness distributionof the welded jointis uniform， and the tensile strength and impact resistance are greater than the standard of the base metal.All specimens had no excessive defects in thebending test；in theenvironmental adaptabilitytest，thecorrosion current densityof the weld zone is lessthan theengineering threshold.It isconcluded thatthe welding process adopted inthis studycan meet the comprehensive requirements of strength，toughness and corrosion resistance of municipal pipe network， and provide direction for pipe network construction in complex environment.
