Modified preparation and construction technology optimization of waterproof materials for construction projects

Abstract:Through the optimization of waterproof materials,theconstruction scheme of roof anti-leakage is constructed,and theconstructionofroofanti-leakage iscompleted.The testresultsshowthatthelowtemperature flexibility of SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer)modified waterproof asphalt membrane is -25 ° C,the softening point is 127 ° C,and there is no leakage phenomenon under O.3 MPa water pressure for 3O minutes. The water contact angleof polyurethane waterproof coating is 66°,the tensile strength is6.7MPa,and the elongationat break is 774% .Both materials meet the requirements of waterproof materials for construction projects.Based on waterproof asphalt membrane and waterproof coating,an anti-leakage construction schemebased ontotal quality managemen is constructed.The results show thatthe roof water storage test results treated by the scheme are good,and there is no leakage around the roofand pipeline below the floor,and the anti-leakage effect is good.
