Drug residue detection based on pretreatment and liquid chromatography analysis

Abstract:Inorder torealize thedetection of drug residues in food,amethod fordetecting 8drug residues inbeef was established based on pretreatment and liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometry.The pretreatment conditions of the method were optimizedand the methodological verification was carried out.The results showed that the extraction solvent should be 90 % acetonitrile water + acetonitrile buffer solution,and the extraction recovery efectof each drug was good without acid pretreatment.At the same time,the linear relationshipof this detection method is good,thecorrelationcoeffcient is more than O.998,the detection limit isO.O2~0.O9 μg/kg,and the recovery rate is 86.5%~ .112.3% . In summary, based on the optimized pretreatment conditions, the method has good sensitivity,accuracy and precision,which can meet the needs of drug residue detection in food.
