Abstract： In order to improve the performance of acupoint application，a preparation of Jinhuang san acupoint applicationfor massge.The experiment first optimized the acupoint application blender，and thenanalyzed the clinical application of the optimized Jinhuang san acupoint application.The results showed that the Jinhuang san acupointapplication paste prepared with vaseline as the blending agent was uniformand did not spread.After the skin was adered，itwasuncoveredanddidnotremainontheskin，and had goodskinfollowability，showing goodcomprehensive performance.Jinhuang san acupoint application and repeated massage for knee joint clinical;it can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients，reduce inflammatory factors，show good application effect，andcanplaya role in clinical practice.
