Preparation and application of geopolymer materials for geotechnical engineering reinforcement

Abstract:Inorder to develop a geopolymer solidified soil material suitable for geotechnical enginering reinforcement,a geopolymer solidified soil was prepared byusing slag,rice husk ash,phosphoric acidand other materials in this experiment,and its performance was optimized to study its engineering applicationefect.Theresults showthat when the concentration of phosphoric acid is 7mol/ΔL and the solid-liquid ratio is O.45,the material has the best comprehensive performance.Atthis time,theinitialseting timeandfinalsetingtimeof thesolidifiedsoil material are16 minand 29 min respectively,and the28dcompressvestrength is3.69 MPa.Moreover,in practical engineering applications,the 28dcompressive strengthof this geopolymer solidifiedsoilcanreach more than3.5 MPa,and can effctively control post-construction setlement and improve slope stability.In summary,the geopolymersolidifiedsoil has good engineering applicabilityand can provide an efective technical approach for green reinforcement of weak foundations.
