Research on the preparation and crack repair of a microcapsule modified material for urban roads

Abstract:In order to improve the crack repair effect of urban road cement-based materials,this paper first prepares microcapsules by E-51 epoxy resin and urea-formaldehyde resin,and then combines basalt fiber,cement and other materials to prepare cement-based materials,and explores the efect of microcapsule additionon the performance of the material,and studiesthecrack repair technologyof urban roads.The resultsshow that when the content of microcapsules is 5% ,the comprehensive performance of cement-based materials is the best.At this time,the fluidity of the cement-based material is 183mm ,the28 d compressive strengthis 43.5 MPa,the shrinkage rate is (204号 123×10-6 ,and the crack area repair rate is 91.3% . In summary,the fiber microcapsule cement-based material exhibits excellent crack self-healing ability,which can provide new materialand technical reference for solvingthe problemof early micro-crack prevention and control of urban roads,and is of great significance for prolonging the service life of roads.
