Abstract:In order to solve the problem of insufficient eficiency of centrifugaldehydrator in the process of slime water treatment incoal preparation plant,this paper takes horizontalsedimentation filtration centrifuge as the research object,and studies the dehydration mechanism analysis and process parameter optimization.The results show that the horizontal sedimentation centrifuge can significantly improve the recoveryrate offine particles by using the paste ceramic screen with lower opening rate and combining the filter layer formed by coarse coal slag and screen under the action of centrifugal sedimentation.Through theexperimentaloptimization test of the proportionof coarse slime mixed inthe flotationconcentrate slime water,itis concluded thatthe dewatering eficiency and solid recovery rate of the centrifuge are the best when the coarse slime coal is mixed with about 33% . The ratio is consistentwith thecalulationresultsof the theoretical calculation formulaand isreliable.Itiscomprehensivelyverified thattheoptimized process of horizontal sedimentation filtration centrifuge can effctively improve the treatment effectof slime water in coal preparation plant,which provides a reference for the improvement ofdehydration process and dehydration efficiency in coal preparation plant.
