Intelligent system optimization of distribution network structure planning based on IPA

Abstract:Based on the improved paralel ant colony algorithm (IPA),this paper designs a distribution network grid structure planning system.The hardware covers the core processng unit,data acquisition and preprocessing module,database,high-performance computing cluster,server and firewall In the software design,the power supply range ofthe grid structure is defined first to ensurethat the power resources cover the target area efficiently. Using the improved parallelantcolonyalgorithm,theconstraintsof grid structure planning aresetintellgently.Theseconditions iclude lineconnection constraints,power balance constraints and contact rate constraints.Through the continuous iterationandoptimizationof thealgorithm,theoptimal distribution network structure planning scheme is explored.The system test results show that when theload demand is gradualy increased from 1.5 to 2.0,the average growth rate of calculation time reaches about 30% . It shows that at this stage,the computing resources,algorithm efficiencyanddata processing flow within thesystemcanwork welltogethertocope withtheload growth ina more efficient way,and the performance of the system remains good.
