The characteristics of a new quercetin modified gauze and its application and nursing after PICC catheterization

Abstract：Aiming at the problemsof poor antibacterial performanceand pooranti-infective effect of traditional medical degreasing gauze，a new type of silver ion gauze was prepared.Firstly，the production method and performance of the silver ion gauze are introduced，andthenthe effect of itsclinical application isanalyzed.The results showed hat the antibacterial rateof silver ionantibacterial gauze against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was more than 99 % ，and the cell proliferation rate of L-929 reached 100% ，which effectively improved the poor antibacterial performance of traditional gauzeand no anti-infection effect.The silver ion gauze wasused in clinical practice，and the gauze showed obvious advantages in preventing infection and promoting healing.
