Study on preparation and properties of epoxy mortar for wind power hybrid tower repair

Abstract:The effects offiller content,particle size,toughening agent,thixotropic agent and stopping agent on the properties of epoxy mortar were compared and studied.An epoxy mortar for wind power hybrid tower repair was prepared to meet the requirements of relevant specifications and construction requirements.The results show that when theratiooffiller/resin is2,the mechanical properties of epoxy mortar are the best.The smaller the particle sizeof the filer,the more favorable it is to the mechanical properties of the epoxy mortar.Toughening agent can improve its bonding performance with concrete.When the dosage is 10% ,thebonding performance is the best,but thetoughening agent willreduce thecompressve strength and tensile strength.Gaseous silica can significantly improve the thixotropyof epoxymortar,but the increase of temperature will weaken the thixotropyof epoxymortar. The useof anti-flow agent and fumed silica can ensure thatthe epoxy adhesive has good thixotropyand will not appear sagging phenomenon.
