Abstract:Inorder toexplore therepair efectofCGFgel membrane inoral implant,this study evaluated the effects of different temperature conditions ( 25‰ and 4 ΔC )on the properties of CGF gel membrane through in vitro experiments and clinicalcontroledtrials,anddiscussed itsappication effect inpromoting periodontal softandhard tissue regeneration and implant surgery.The in vitro test resultsshowed that the CGF gel film prepared at room temperature had better mechanical properties.The clinical study included 48 patients with severe periodontitis who needed to be implanted after tooth extraction.They were randomly divided into CGF group and control group.

Guided bone tissue regeneration surgery was performedand implant surgery was performed at 6 months after surgery.Theresults showed that the wound healing time of the CGF group was shorter and the pain relief was better. The initial stabilityof the implant intheCGF group was beter and the bonedensitywassignificantlyhigher than that in the control group.This study confirmed that CGF membrane can reduce postoperative reaction,accelerate tissue repair and promote bone regeneration through multiple mechanisms.It provides a reliable biological material selection for guided bone regeneration surgery and oral implant surgery,and has important clinical application value.
