A rapid detection method for chemical drugs based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of long detection period,poor timeliness,low precision and accuracyof traditional chemical drug detection methods insewage,a magnetic solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem massspectrometry was constructed to detect chemical drugs insewage.Firstly,the magnetic solid phase extraction conditions were optimized,and then the magnetic solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was verified.The results showed that when the magnetic solid phase extraction conditions were as folows:the volume of extraction solvent was 40O mL,the amount of magnetic adsorbent was 2OO mg,the eluent was 0.1% formic acid-methanol solution,and the amount of eluent was 8 mL,the correlation R2 between the target chemical drug and the standard curve exceeded O.99.The detection limit and quantitative limit of fentanyl and cocaine were 0.5ng/L and 0.1ng/L ,respectively. The detection limit and quantitative limit of methamphetamine,ketamine and morphine were 0.025ng/L and 0.1ng/L ,respectively. It showed good precision (RSD ⩽3% ) and accuracy (recovery 94%~ 101% )
