篮球运动辅助器材用碳纤维增强复材制备及性能研究

Study on preparation and properties of carbon fiber reinforced composite for basketball auxiliary equipment

Abstract:Inorderto improve the tensile properties of carbon fiber composites for basketballauxiliary equipment, carbon fiber reinforced PA6 composites for basketballauxiliary equipment were prepared by powder electrostatic coating method.The effcts of hot pressing parameters and fiber massfraction on the tensile properties of the compositeswere investigated.The results show thatthe tensile strength of the composite material forbasketball auxiliary equipment increases first and then decreases with the increase of hot presing temperature,and the maximum value is obtained when the hot pressing temperature is 250o C. With the increase of hot pressing pressure from O.5 MPa to2 MPa,the tensile strength of the composite increases firstand then decreases,and the maximum value is obtained when the hot pressing pressure is 1.5 MPa.With the increase of fiber mass fraction from 30% to 75% ,the tensile strengthof thecomposite increases firstand thendecreases,and the maximumvalue isobtained when the fiber mass fraction is 65% .The tensile strength of carbon fiber reinforced PA6 composites for basketball sports aids after hot pressing is higher than that of materials without hot pressing. 篮球运动是作为一种围绕高空的球篮和篮球而展开集体攻守对抗的具有高强度和高风险的运动,无论是在日常篮球运动中还是比赛中,运动员在提高技能和享受运动乐趣的同时,都有可能面临受伤的风险,这就需要篮球运动辅助器材来提高安全性的同时降低受伤风险[1]。(剩余5411字)
