Abstract:In this paper,the applicationof high-volume modified phosphogypsum materials inroad base is systematically studied.Based onthe test section of Jingmen-Yichang section of Wuhan-Chongqing Expressway,the resource utilizationpath of phosphogypsumas industrial solid waste is discussed.Through the mix design,theoptimal ratio of phosphogypsum and modifier(95:5)was determined,and the technical points of each link of construction wereelaborated indetail,including keyprocesses such as mixture mixing,transportation,paving,roling and curing.In the processof field implementation,the uniformityand compactness of the base are ensured by strictlycontrolling the moisturecontentof the material,the thicknessof the layered paving,thegeogridreinforcementand the compaction process.The quality test results show thatthe compaction degree and CBR value of the modified phosphogypsum mixture meet the requirements of the specification. This study provides technical support for the large-scale consumption and effcient utilization of phosphogypsum.
