电力控制设备的异常检测与实时可靠性评估研究

Abstract: In order to furtherimprove the temperature anomalydetectionof power control equipment,this study uses hydrogelsensors to detect the temperatureanomalyof power control equipment,and compares hydrogel sensors with thermistor sensorsand platinum resistance sensors.The results show that the temperature limit of the hydrogel sensor is higher than that of the thermistor sensor and the platinum resistance sensor,and the upper limit of the detection temperature of the hydrogel sensor is 550ΩC ,and the temperature error is only 0.3% ,whichfurtherindicates thatthehydrogel sensorcanfitthesurfaceof thedetectedobject welland ensuretheefective transferof heat.With theincreaseof temperature,the detection sensitivityofhydrogel sensor,thermistor sensorand platinum resistance sensor increases gradually.Theresponse timeof the hydrogelsensorismuch lower than thatof the thermistor sensor and platinumresistance sensor.Therefore,the application of hydrogel sensor in the temperature anomaly detection ofpower controlequipmenthas highdetectioneficiency,and thereliabilityof hydrogel sensor is high.
