Floor cloth bulge defect factor analysis and optimization measures of rail transit vehicles

Abstract：This paper discusses the main causes of bulging defects in the process of paving and using the floor cloth of rail transit vehicles，and puts forward solutions and optimization measures.In view of the complex working conditions in the use process，this paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of three types of bulge defects，such as the bulge offloor clothbetweenboxes，the bulgeoffloorclothinthe seat leg areaand thebulgeoffloorcloth atthe floor joint，and demonstrates themthrough immersiontest，floatingrollstripping test，X-rayfluorescencespectrum，heating test，loading test，etc.，inordertofundamentallysolvethebulge problemoffloorcloth.Inaddition，according to the long-term folow-up investigation，the relevant suggestions in the cleaning process offloor cloth are put forward.

轨道交通车辆地板布铺装结构一般为“铝地板/木地板 + 胶粘剂 + PVC/橡胶地板布"的方式[1]，地板布作为整个结构的最外层，其铺装质量的好坏不仅影响地板布的使用寿命，同时也将影响整车内装外观效果。（剩余6125字）
