Research on construction logic of raft foundation reinforcement in “Hualong No.1" reactor building

Abstract:By studyingthe logical relationship between the“Hualong No.1”RX plant and the raft foundation reinforcement construction of the surounding plant,the first planning and construction are adopted to ensure the maximum benefitof thereinforcementconstruction.In this regard,through the analysisof the keyand dificult points, thearticleformulates measures to mark the key information inthepreparationof the material list,carrout reasonablesizecontroland bundling identification inthe processingof stel bars,do a good job inthe positioning ofradial steel barsandthecontrolof circumferential steelbars inthefield binding implementationlink,doagood job in the installtion positionand elevation controlin thehorse stoolinstalation link,doa good job inthe position control and elevationcontrolinthe insertion barbinding link,andcontrolthequalityofwelded jointsand welding machines to ensure the fluencyof the actual construction on site and achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency.
