气相色谱法测定美缝剂中的苯甲醇和1,3-环己二甲胺含量

Abstract：A method for the determination of benzyl alcohol and 1，3 -cyclohexanedimethylamine in beauty sealant forinterior decoration bygaschromatography was established.Thesamples were disolved inethylacetate，extracted by ultrasonic for 30 min，separated by HP-INNOWAX column，detectedby gas chromatography，and quantified byexternal standard method. The results showed thatbenzyl alcohol and 1，3 -cyclohexanediaminehad goodlinearity in the range of （500～5000mg/L） ）， R2>0.999 ，the recovery rate was 93.9%～99.6%，and the relative standard deviation （RSD） was 1.1% ～2.9%.The detection limit （LOD） of benzyl alcohol was 15mg/kg ，and the limit of quantification （LOQ） was 50mg/kg .The detection limit of 1，3 -cyclohexanediamine was 21 mg/kg，and the limit of quantification was 70mg/kg .The method has the advantages of simple steps，high accuracy and high sensitivity，and can be used for the detection of benzyl alcohol and 1，3 -cyclohexanedimethylamine in beauty sealant.
