Rural domestic sewage treatment scheme based on biofilm combined process

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the chemicaloxygen demand(COD)and ammonia nitrogen content of rural domesticsewage treated by traditional methods cannotreachthe stable discharge standard,ananaerobic-biofilm-anaerobic ammonia oxidationcombined process was constructed to treat ruraldomestic sewage.Firstly,the start-upeffectof theanaerobic-biofilm-anaerobic ammoniaoxidation reaction stage wasanalyzed,and then the effect of the system onthe treatment of rural sewage was characterized.The results showed that the stable operation time of anaerobic reaction stage,biofilm reaction stage and anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction stage was more than 20 days,and the monomer was successfully started.The constructed anaerobic-biofilm-anaerobic ammonia oxidation system has a COD removal rate of about 92% and a ammonia nitrogen removal rate of about 98 % . After the system treatment,the effluent COD concentration is about 28mg/L ,and the ammonia nitrogen concentration is about 0.88 mg/L,which meets the national first-level discharge standard.
