Research on the application technology of grouting pile sediment treatment and reinforcement based on grouting materialoptimization

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low early strength of traditional grouting materials,a new type ofcement-based grouting material was proposed.Firstly,theratioof grouting material was optimized,and then the performance of the optimized grouting material and its application efect inthe sediment reinforcement ofcast-in-place piles were analyzed.The testresults show that theoptimum ratioof grouting material is as folows:thedosage of sulfur aluminum high strength cement is 64kg/m3 ,the dosage of silica fume is 45kg/m3 ,the dosage of fly ash is 60kg/m3 ,and the dosage of fine beads is 90kg/m3 . The 1 d compressive strength of the grouting material prepared under this conditioncan reach 56.6 MPa,the28d compresive strength can reach97.3 MPa,the initialfluidityis 352 mm,and the 30 min fluidity is 317 mm,showing good performance.The grouting material is used forthe reinforcement and reinforcement project of thecast-in-placepilesediment treatment in theurbanrenewal project of Zhucun Villge, Fucheng Street.The pile bodyof thecast-in-placepile treated bythegrouting material iscomplete,the compressive strength ofthegroutingbody isqualifiedand thehandover isclose withoutsegregation,indicating thatthe treatment effect of the foundation pile is obvious and can be used as the repair material of the cast-in-place pile.
