Optimization study of spiral stirrup constraint connection technology in prefabricated building construction

Abstract:Inorder to explore the seismic performance of spiral stirrup constraint connection technology in prefabricated buildings,C15 concreteand HRB6OO steel bars were usedas materials in this study.Basedon the finite elementanalysis software ABAQUS,thenonlinear finite element modelsof two kinds ofshear wals were established to simulate the mechanical properties of prefabricated shear wals and cast-in-place shear walls with spiral stirrup constraint connection technology under lowcyclic loading.The simulation results show thatthe prefabricated shear wall has excellnt performance in initial stiffness,energy dissipation capacity and ultimate bearing capacity.The spiral stirupconstraintconnectionefectivelyimproves theconstraint effctof thejoint,sothatthe stiffessof the prefabricated shearwallin the initial stage is higher than thatof thecast-in-placeshear wall.At thesame time,the simulation results show thatthe stress concentration of theconcrete in the connection area of the assembled shear wallis moreobvious,and theapplication needs tobefurtheroptimizedaccordingtotheactualsituationoftheproject. In summary,the spiral stirup constraint connection technology can meet the seismic performance requirements of equivalent cast-in-place,and has certain application value inthe development of building industrialization.
