Research on modified materials and technical application of pipe jacking construction in reconstruction project

Abstract:Inorder to strengthen the working performance of grouting materials in drainage pipe jacking construction projects,a concrete grouting material was prepared by changing the rubber particle content and water-binder ratio,and its working performance,mechanical propertiesandapplication efects were studied.The testresults show that intheconcretegrouting material,increasingthecontentofrubberparticlesand increasing the water-binderratio will increasethefluidityofthematerialandprolong thesettingtime,utwilldecreasethestrengthofthematerial.In this experiment, the concrete grouting material was prepared with 30% rubber particle content and O.7 water-binderratio.Atthis time,the materialfluiditywas 212 mm,the seting time was11.2 hours,and the mechanical properties were good.When this material is used to pour thecaissonof the working well in thedrainage pipe jacking construction project,thequalityof theengineeringoperationcanbe fullup tostandard.In summary,thisconcrete grouting material has good performance and certain potential in the drainage reconstruction pipe jacking construction project.
