Application of selective hydrogenation technology in butadiene high acetylene tail gas recovery

Abstract:The recoveryand treatment ofbutadiene high-acetylene gas is an important problem faced by the petro chemical industry.It is notonlyrelated tothe eficient useofresources,but alsotothe environmentalprotectionand economic benefits of the production process.Selective hydrogenation technology is an eficient means of butadiene high alkyne tail gas recovery.Inthis paper,butadiene highalkyne tail gas is takenas theresearch object,and the basic theoryandoperation processof selective hydrogenation technologyare deeply studied. Combined with the actualcaseanalysis,thepracticalapplicationefectof this technologyisverified.Theresultsshowthattheapplication of selective hydrogenation technology in therecoveryof butadiene high-acetylene tail gascan efectivelyreducethe harmful components inthe tail gas,improve therecoveryrateof butadiene,andprovidereliable technical support for the sustainable development of petrochemical industry.
