Research on construction process optimization offiber reinforced emery floor

Abstract:Aiming at the technical bottleneck problems of traditional emeryfloor construction technology,such as crack incidence rate of 15% ,flatness deviation of more than ±> mm,and construction rework rate of 8% ,a systematic processoptimization study was carriedout.Taking the 23 469.17 m²floorof afactory project as the engineering background,the key technical measures such as resin fiber instead ofsteel mesh,laser leveling technology tocontrol the elevation,and accurate diamond sand spreading time areused to improve the processThe compressive strengthincreased from43.7MPa to57.9MPa,the spliting tensilestrength increased from4.OMPato5.65MPa, the flatness control accuracy increased from mm to mm,and the quality qualification rate increased from 85% to 98% . The optimized process effectively solves the technical problems of the traditional process,and provides animportant technical reference for the standardized development of emery floor construction technology.
