再生料压缩蜂窝煤的混合配比优化及减排评估

Abstract:Inorder to strengthen the utilization efficiencyof honeycomb coal compressed bycow dung mixed cinder,the ratio optimization scheme was proposed andanalyzed based on single factor experiment.The results showed that when the proportion of cow dung was 20% ~30 % ,the molding pressure was 90~1OO MPa,the temperature control was 120~130 C ,and the holding time was maintained for 3~4 minutes,the comprehensive performance of honeycomb coalreached theoptimal state.Atthis time,thecalorific value range was13.0~13.6MJ/kg,thecompressive strength was2.1~2.5MPa,the SO 2 and NO emissions were reduced by more than 30 % ,and the residue was reduced to 70~150kg/t. It not only has good combustion performance,but also shows significant environmental benefits.
