Design optimization and performance test of 25kg/h air-cooled heat pump intelligent control system

Abstract:In order to developan intellgent device that can dehumidify andadjust the temperature at the same time,the engineering design and analysis of the 25kg/h air-cooled heat pump temperature and dehumidification systemare cariedout.Inaddition tothecore dehumidification function,the systemrealizes the temperature adjustment function of theair afterdehumidificationthrough the reheatof theair-cooled condenser and the adjustment of thecondensing fan.Firstly,theengineeringdesign of the system is carriedout,includingthe design calculation and selection of key components such as compressor,evaporatorand air-cooled condenser.Then,the key performance testof the prototype is carredout in the laboratory.The test results showthat the actualdehumidificationcapacity of the system is 24.3kg/h .Compared with the design target of 25kg/h ,it reaches the expected value of 97.2% , which verifies the reliabilityof its dehumidification function.Through the testofthe speed change of thecondensing fanand the change of the inletair temperature,the corrctness of the temperatureadjustment function design and the reliability and stability of the temperature adjustment function are verified.
