Abstract: Seasoning problems not only reduce consumers’ dining experience but also restrict the stability of Wester cuisine cookingquality. This article systematicall analyzes the main seasoning problems and their causes in Western cuisine cooking,and puts forward targeted suggestions such as strengthening professional training for chefs in Western cuisine seasoning to enhance their comprehensive capabilities, establishing a quality control system for ingredients and seasonings to consolidate the foundation of seasoning,and formulating standardized seasoning operation procedures to ensure flavor stability, with the aim of providing practical guidance for Western cuisine practitioners and promoting the improvement of Western cuisine cooking seasoning levels.
