Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the determination of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry meat and eggs by Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UPLCMS/MS).Method: The QuEChERS pretreatment technology wasadopted,combined with the UPLC-MS/MS method. Separation was carried out using the Eclipse plus C18 RRHD chromatographic column, with gradient elution of 0.1% (2号 formic acid water-acetonitrile,detection in the mult-reaction monitoring modeunder the electrospray positive ion mode, andquantificationbytheexternal standard method.Result:The33 veterinarydrugs showed good linear relationships within their respective linearanges,withcorelationcoeffcientsallabove 0.99.The limitof detection,limitofquantifiation, andrecoveryrates allmet the requirements of relevant standards.Conclusion: This method has good accuracyand high sensitivityand is suitable for the detection of meat andegg samples from livestock and poultry.Itcan achieve rapid multi-residue determination of33 kinds of veterinary drugs to acertain extent and has strong practicability.
