Abstract： Objective： To establish a method for the determination of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry meat and eggs by Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry （UPLCMS/MS）.Method： The QuEChERS pretreatment technology wasadopted，combined with the UPLC-MS/MS method. Separation was carried out using the Eclipse plus C18 RRHD chromatographic column， with gradient elution of 0.1% （2号 formic acid water-acetonitrile，detection in the mult-reaction monitoring modeunder the electrospray positive ion mode， andquantificationbytheexternal standard method.Result：The33 veterinarydrugs showed good linear relationships within their respective linearanges，withcorelationcoeffcientsallabove 0.99.The limitof detection，limitofquantifiation， andrecoveryrates allmet the requirements of relevant standards.Conclusion： This method has good accuracyand high sensitivityand is suitable for the detection of meat andegg samples from livestock and poultry.Itcan achieve rapid multi-residue determination of33 kinds of veterinary drugs to acertain extent and has strong practicability.
