Practical Strategy to Improve the Efficiency of Regional Food Safety Supervision Through Precise Measurement and Intelligent Detection

Abstract： To enhance the effciency of regional food safety supervision， this paper focuses on two core directions： precise measurementand inteligent detection，and proposes systematic practical strategies.These include laying asolid foundation for precise measurement by establishing acalibration mechanism for key node measurement standards，a ful-chain traceability system for measurement values，and a dynamic deviation early warning system. Relying on the intelligent iteration ofrapid detection equipment，real-time analysis of detection data and embedding of algorithm scenarios， we promote the intelligent application of detection. Simultaneously optimize the crossdepartmental collaborative decision-making，hierarchical and classified supervision，and dynamic performance evaluation mechanisms to achieve in-depth collaboration between the two.This research can provide practical guidance for the precise and inteligent upgrading ofregional food safetysupervision，and help to strengthenthe food safety defense line.
