Abstract： With the development of the rural economy，colective dining activities in rural areas are becoming increasinglyfrequent.Asakeyarea related to the healthofresidents and the harmonyandstabilityof the grassroots level，rural collective banquets have shown obvious characteristics ofscale and frequency，and their food safety has also becomeakey focus ofregulatory authorities.This article explores the foodsafety isues inrural colective banquets， proposes solutions based on practical situations，aiming to achieve all-round supervision and safeguard the dietary safety of rural residents.
