Abstract： This paper focuses on elaborating the necesity of establishing a quality and safety inspection and testing system for agricultural products.Atthe same time，itaddresses the existing problems inthecurrent quality and safety inspection and testing system for agricultural products in China，and proposes specificconstruction measures such as optimizing the system layout，enhancing the inspection technology level，strengthening the training of professional talents，and improving the institutional system.The aim is to provide references for the optimization and improvement of the quality and safety inspection and testing system for agricultural products in China.
