食品安全检验检测的关键技术与质量管理措施

Abstract： Food safety is directly related to people's physical healthand life safety，and it isthe cormerstoneof social stability and economic development.Food safety inspection and testing，as an important technical means to ensure food safety，not only provides a scientific basis for food safety supervision，but also serves as asignificant guarantee for consumer safety. Based on this，this paper briefly summarizes the key technologies of food safety inspection and testing，and proposes effctive measures for the quality management of food safety inspection and testing，aiming to comprehensively enhance the qualityoffood safety inspectionand testing through scientific means.
