粮油中真菌毒素超标问题与全过程防控对策研究
Abstract: This article analyzes the difficulties in promoting anti mold technology in the planting process, insufficient drying capacity after harvest,lack of monitoring and early warning system for mold during storage,and limited application of processing and detoxification technology in China's grain and oil production. It proposes the establishment of a comprehensive field prevention and control technology system, the construction ofarapid drying service network in production areas,the deployment of intelligent storage monitoring and early warning systems, and the promotion of applicable toxin removal technology equipment,providing reference for the quality and safety guarantee of grain and oil products.
