Abstract： Food inspection and testing， as an important part of food quality and safety supervision， has a significant impact on ensuring food safetyand the healthy development of the industry.This article analyzes the food quality and safety issues caused by insufficient upgrade management of testing equipment， the need to improve the comprehensive quality of testing personnel， the need to perfect the inspection and testing system，and the lack of unified standards for processing testing data in food inspection and testing.It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner，aiming to enhance the quality and efficiency of food inspection and testing to better serve the supervision and management of food quality and safety.
