云南省澄江市2015-2024年食用野生菌中毒事件特征分析

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the overall situation and epidemic characteristics of poisoning incidents caused by consuming wild mushrooms in Chengjiang city， Yunnan province，and to provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control in Chengjiang city. Method： A total of 109 incidents of wild mushroom poisoning reported by Chengjiang city from 2015to 2024 were selected from the Smart Health Service Platformofthe National Health Commission for statistical analysis. Result： Among the 109 incidents of poisoning caused by consuming wild mushrooms in Chengjiang city from 2015 to 2024，there were 366 cases of poisoning，and no deaths occurred. Poisoning incidents arereported forseven months everyyear. June，July，Augustand Septemberare the peak months for the number of poisoning reports and the number of people involved， accounting for 10.1% 0 39.4% 0 28.4% and 15.6% of the total respectively. According to statistics，the top three places in terms of the number of poisoning incidents and the number of poisoned people caused by consuming wild mushrooms are Fenglu sub-district，Longjie sub-district and Yousuo town. The main places where poisoning from consuming wild mushrooms occurred were households， accounting for 92.7% of the total reported cases，while the rest were restaurants， accounting for 7.3% （2号 of the total reported cases. Conclusion： The main cause of foodborne diseases in Chengjiang city is poisoning from consuming wild mushrooms.Before the high-incidence season，targeted health education should be carried out in key towns，villges and restaurants.At the same time，active treatment should be provided for patients poisoned by accidental ingestion to firmly establish the safety bottom line.
