高校食品安全风险评估存在的问题及改进措施
Abstract: This paper focuses on food safety risk assessment in collges and universities,sorts out the problems existing in four aspects: the application and feedback of assessment results,data support, professional personnel allocation,and multi-subject collaboration.It also proposes improvement measures such as improving the application and feedback mechanism of food safety risk assessment results,strengthening the data support for food safety risk assessment incollegesanduniversities,enhancing the trainingof profesional talents infood safety risk assessment incollegesand universities,and establishing amulti-subject linkage mechanism for food safetyrisk asessment in colleges and universities,aiming to enhance the level offood safety risk assessment incolleges anduniversities and build a solid defense line for campus food safety.
