基层食品安全监管的现存问题及解决策略

Abstract： Grasroots food safety supervision and management are directly related to public health and social stability，andarekey elements inthe livelihood securitysystem.At present， grassroots food safety supervisionand management in China is facing multiple challenges such as insuficient manpower，lack of technology，and blind spots in coverage. It is urgent to use systematic reforms to enhance govermance efficiency.Based on the analysis of existing problems，this article proposes systematic solutions from the dimensions of team expansion， technological improvement，and mechanism innovation， providing reference for the construction of a modern food safety governance system.
