Abstract: This article analyzes the role of enhanced food nutrient component detection and the main problems in the current detection work,and proposes targeted improvement strategies.At present,there are problems in the detection offood nutrition components,such as the diffculty of detection technology incovering complex or new nutrients and insuffcient effciency,theshortageof talentteams interms ofquantityabilityandstability,and the lack of standardization in equipment maintenance and management with lagging updates.These issues directly affect the accuracy of detection results and the healthy development of the industry.Based on this,this paper proposes improvement strategies such as strengthening the research and development of detection technology innovation and application expansion,reinforcing the construction of the talent team for food nutrition component detection,and improving the management system for the maintenance and replacement of detection equipment, with the aim of providing support for enhancing the detection level.
