Abstract： This paper focuses on the quality control of heavy metal testing in grain and oil products， systematically analyzing the prominent issues in three key aspects of the testing proces： sample collection， equipment maintenance，and personnel capability. It also proposes targeted comprehensive strategies，including standardizing sampling procedures， improving equipment management systems，enhancing professional training for personel，and optimizing the selection of testing methods，with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for improving the quality of heavy metal testing in grain and oil products and ensuring their safety.
