Abstract： With the increasing public concern over food safety，veterinary drug residues，as a key factor affecting food quality，have a direct impact on public health and the sustainable development of the food industry. This paper focuses on the control of the accuracy of veterinary drug residue detection in food inspection and testing， systematically analyzes the key factors influencingdetectionaccuracy，and proposes targeted control strategies.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the reliability of veterinary drug residue detection results，and to facilitate the efficient implementation of food safety supervision.
