海南省3种主要荔枝品种农药残留现状分析及食品安全风险评估

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of pesticide residues in three major lychee varieties in Hainan province,assessthe food safety risks related to pesticide residues,and provide data support for the quality and safety supervision of lychees.Method: A total of 77 lychee samples of three Varieties,namely Feizixiao, Ziniangxi and Baitangying,from Hainan province were collcted.The residues of 190 pesticides were screened by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS/MS),and the Index of Food Safety (IFS) method was adopted to conduct risk assessment on the detected pesticide residues.Result: Among the 77 lychee samples screened,atotalof16 pesticideresidues were detected.Among them,3 pyrethroid pesticides exceeded the standard, namely cypermethrin and lambda-cypermethrin,cypermethrin and lambda-cypermethrin and deltamethrin.The risk assessment shows that the average IFS values of the 16 pesticides are allessthan O.O3,and the IFS values and the maximum IFS values of the 3 pesticides that exceed the standard are allfar less than 1.The overallrisk is within a controllable range.Conclusion: The overal quality and safety situation of the three major lychee varieties in Hainan province is good,but there are stillsomecases of excesive pesticides.Relevant departments need to further

strengthen attention and control to ensure the safety of lychee consumption.
