Abstract： The problem of excessive heavy metals in grain and food directly threatens public health and the food safety defense line.Inspection work isakey link in preventingand controlling excessive heavy metals.Based on this，this paper analyzes the causesofthe problem of excessve heavy metal testing in grain and food，and proposes countermeasures， providing ideas for improving the level of heavy metal testing in grain and food.
